How do I return an item?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy!

If you are not 100% satified with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you. All we ask is that items be unworn or washed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original packing list/invoice.

To help process refunds and exchanges quickly we ask that you call our customer service department at 1-800-780-5965 and recieve a Return Authorization Number before shipping the merchandise back to us.

Your refund will be for the amount you paid for the item excluding shipping charges and will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
